I'm opening a dispute against appletree in reference to this thread:

Date: September 20, 2016
Subject: On Sept 20 I messaged appletree on skype using his add me on skype option listed in his thread. I coordinated the sale of my 161 exalted orbs on path of exile standard. We agreed the he would pay $0.70 per exalted orb so a total of $112.70. I asked him to link his epic npc thread and he did. He also notified me upon trade I would be paid instantly. We then coordinated the trade in game. I gave 100 orbs to a character named hldnot and the remaining 61 to wernega. Once the trade was complete I gave him my paypal address so he could send me the money. I was notified that they would send in an hour when the payment manager came in this was at 4:17 p.m. EST USA time. I'm creating this dispute on Sept 21, 2016 12:00 p.m. EST USA time. I still have not been paid and I've messaged him numerous times on skype asking for my money and I even left a negative review on epic npc to his itrader. I have received no response at all from this individual and I've also sent him a paypal money request as well to his email listed in the thread. I've messaged his ICQ as well and have not received a response on there.
