What is the dispute about?

So he wanted to buy my Valorant Account and everything went fine of my Side he got the Account with Mail etc because i obviously trusted him because he faked himself to be "BoomBoosting"
At the Time he said he couldnt Pay because he got Problems with Paypal he said they locked his Paypal for that day, and that happens quite often so i trusted him.
1 Day Later i started to feel weird about this. i need to say: everything i did with him was on my Computer and there you couldnt see the difference of the "o" so i was doing something different and checked real quick on my phone and then i saw it immediately.

then i started to feel nervous and asked him frequently his last reply was "paypal said 24-48h" and then i just said what i discovered.

Update:

I wrote him on his Discord where he sell the Account im gonna Update

This guy is the guy who scammed me, how do i know?

He takes the same amount as me which is surprising for this Account (150€)

Also he says he is the Original Owner but he cant provide the OG email because of personal reason

Which was also my reason i couldnt provide it! And its also a lie so he tries to scam around.

As far as the discord conversation goes, you were scammed by an impersonator.

This message at the top of our page should have been the first indicator of that:

"We do not use Discord. Our middlemen do not use Discord. All Trade Guardian services are on Epicnpc, NEVER off-site or via email. We do not investigate Discord disputes. Please contact members on our website."

We have an announcement about this as well :

Due to how easy it is to impersonate members on Discord, we have decided to end all reviews for Discord scam reports. Discord is now use at your own risk. We will assume 100% of discord accounts are fake and any disputes will automatically be closed if that was the primary contact method.

For feedback, if someone disputes a feedback and the sale was on Discord, we will also not review it. The feedback will be immediately removed.

Members can still use Discord and post it in their threads. However if a problem is reported and all communication was on Discord we will not review it.

Please use our on-site chat instead.

Clarification:

• If payment proof is provided, we will review the dispute as normal.
• This rule is for Discord impersonations reports only. Meaning a veteran member is impersonated on Discord by a scammer.
  • Scammers do not impersonate new members. We will still investigate these types of Discord reports.

So first of all, i understand that.

But i would like to wait till he can prove he bought the account.

Also he is giving fake information while trying to sell the account. He clearly says in his Thread he is the Original Owner but cant provide email because of personal reason (that was my reason thats why he is still really suspicious to me)

I bought this account for $90, I was never aware that this account was stolen from someone else.
I've bought accounts from the same guy before, so I never knew he was a scammer.
The sellers discord is Astro#7395

Did he prove he bought the account?

If no, my theory:

He scammed me, now he uses his real account and he made a new discord account to "prove" he bought the account but most likely forgot he has to prove the payment.
And he never thought i would try to expose him

I would like to have my account back!

This is the Message i get, its german translated: Your Account cannot be recovered automatically.

So first of all, i didnt wanted to make a big thing out of this and i even offered him a Deal to take my other valorant account worth like 80€ or smth and a genshin account so he doesnt lose money, but after all no proof he bought the account, i honestly just want to play my old skins like the ZEDD Bundle etc its just sad to lose it without the compress getting money back.
