I tried to interpret what you are saying for about 3 minutes. No such luck.

Are you saying that the SQA and password do not work for either of the accounts? If so that is a common trick deployed by scammers to make you think that the account you supplied them doesn't work, meanwhile they change the password to it.

If I were you, I'd just recall the account. S*** happens, make the best of it.
