hello. i bought a battle.net account from @KingOfSell . he made it fully clear that its a russian account and there was no problem. the problem is that i asked him cuz i heard that i cant buy in russian accounts and he basically said yes but in a different method and he cant say how before buying the account. and also in his post he said that he will give full access and 100% safety. although when i received the account i only received the documents of the original owner i did not receive any access to the og email which doesnt mean full access. after i bought the account i noticed that i cant buy anything or change the battle tag i can only buy in-game currency which wasnt what i was looking for. i asked if i can buy on the account and he only said yes without specifying that i can only buy in-game which was not exceptable at all. i also have an activision account that i wanted to connect to this account and i could but i cant really use it since i cant buy the activision games. and i cannot also change my name which i thought i could since he said that i can buy, so i said alright i can just buy a battle tag change and all good but i cant. i contacted him and he told me that he cant do any refunds and he can change the region of the account in 6 months then i can buy and change my name and i can do everything and 6 months arent exceptable. i tried to change the region and he gave me a 100 to pay someone for this service but still didnt work. thats when i requested a refund and he told me that he cant even though he didnt give me full access to the account and he lied about buying.

Hi all!
1. Before the purchase, the buyer did not specify which store he was going to buy in, I answered about the ov2 store, and in the overwatch store, he can really make purchases.
Again, there were no clarifying questions
2.Also about safety, there were no questions before the purchase. He asked about the original email only after the purchase, where I clearly answered him that full access means documents, this is also indicated on my page, and nothing is written about email
3. Also, after the purchase, the account purchased a service for changing the region from a third-party service, where I also warned the buyer that I do not advise doing this and waiting 6 months to avoid a ban, but he agreed to do it himself.
4. Why am I refusing a refund:
1. Everything described on the account is actually present, there is no ban on the account.
2. The buyer, despite my warnings, used services from a third-party service, putting the account at risk and increasing the possibility of a ban
3. A sony account is linked to account; you need to wait 365 days to link a new one.
4. Because of the buyer, 2 different IPs are recorded on the account (the buyer and the ip of a third-party service). If a person with a different IP comes in again from the other side, then the risk of a ban is already increased.
5. There was not a single moment where I lied, the buyer never asked specific questions about the battle tag, about the store.

1. i dont need to specify which store i was going to buy in. i asked a general question about the account. if i said "in overwatch" etc that means i specified my question. but when i ask if i can buy or not by that i mean in general not just inside the game and you said no thats a lie. remember that you are not just selling an overwatch account your selling a b.net account. so when i ask about the account i ask about battle.net and not overwatch itself. if i asked overwatch that means i want an answer about overwatch. if i asked without saying anything specific that means im asking about the account.

2. you literally said full access you know what full means right ? "full, complete, plenary, replete mean containing all that is wanted or needed or possible." that means everything. does that include the oge email ? yes it does. you cant just say "FULL ACCESS" without actually not providing full access. the original owner can change their mind at anytime and restores the account how is that full access exactly ? now you will say "you have the documents" yeah doesnt they also have that ? they have the documents AND the email. theres no advantage here on my side theres nothing that is guaranteeing that the account wont be recovered by the original owner except your word. which im sorry i dont know who you are im not taking your word, even if i did that still does not mean that i have full access.

3. i did not link any sony accounts to the accounts thats a lie.

4. even if i tried to the region that does not change the fact that you lied about this account you didnt give me the full access you lied about buying on the account generally. this whole purchase was based on a lie. "Everything described on the account is actually present, there is no ban on the account." no everything was not described you missed the part where you said "full access" but you didnt really give me full access. this account is 100% accessible for me so this offer is false.
i request a refund.

1. I am selling an overwatch account, regarding the store I always mean overwatch, you need to ask a specific question.
2. Again, you didn’t ask what full access means, and only after the purchase you asked this question, to which I answered, no, it comes without og mail, you knew this before you logged into your account, but you still logged in 3. Stop it accuse me of lying, I base it on your messages, you wrote to me about the ps store, based on your messages I conclude that you connected a ps
4. I don’t see the point in repeating, no one forced you to buy third-party services, avoiding my warnings

2. yeah i didnt ask about the oge email before i buy cuz you said full access that means i have full access to everything related to the account basically its mine. you know whats not mine atm ? the oge email that is linked to this account. i wont stop accusing you of lying CAUSE YOU ARE idk how ur still defending urself i dont have full access to the account thats a lie. and i logged in based on your words that i am protected i said alright i will pass on that, then i see that i cant buy the things that i had in mind eventho i asked you "i heard i cant buy in russian region is that true ?" you replied "no" and that no wasnt with a "only in-game currency" i didnt specify cuz i didnt need to but you had to cause you need to clarify. but since you lied and said "no" cause you just found a really interested buyer and the account has been setting for months u didnt specify u just wanted to get rid of it and chose to lie and say "no"
3. i said ill try to connect it and u said wait for a few days. i kept you posted on everything i did to the account and never mentioned the completion of the linking yet you still made it a reason to not refund.
4. again what if i did that ? that still does not justify that you just gave me an account that has alot of things that i cant do which you said that i can (full access and buying stuff) an admin should review this asap this isnt fair at all you sold an offer based on two lies and not any lies dealbreaking ones.

I don't see any point in continuing this nonsense. You ask questions without clarification, I don’t read minds, you were also warned about the risks of using third-party services, but still resorted to them. I have nothing to discuss with you, I do not intend to make a refund for the damaged account.
There was not a single false message on my part, you did not ask about og mail before the purchase, after the purchase but not yet logged in, you asked this, I said no, full access only means og passport, knowing this you still logged in. Regarding purchases, you never asked clarifying questions, and before using the services of someone else’s service, you could ask for a refund, but instead, you give your password and login to people you don’t understand, after their machinations you ask for a refund, this is nonsense. It was necessary to ask for a refund on the first day, and not after 13-15 days.

the "full access only" is crazy. "FULL" then "only" lol. i asked for a refund after a week cause i tried changing cuz i was willing to try to do something about the lies you made and could make this work and buy. and i mean actually buy stuff not like the lie that you told. this is not a damaged account and if your really not gonna make a refund then how about actually giving me full access ? if you dont that means ur basically lying about ur offer saying that you will provide something then you wont. and for the hundredth time full access means access to everything related to the account and not just the passport. stop responding then if you think your right and this is nonsense then wait for an admin to check on everything and he will judge.
 
I still don't see where I said about og mail.
And I also don’t see a question about this before purchasing.
