What is the dispute about?

First, I contacted him asking to buy the account and I asked what's the price, so he said 70 dollars

Then I made the payment, first he gave me a non-existing gmail

So I said that it's a wrong gmail, so he said wait he'll find the right one and get back to me (Just so you know, while I'm waiting the whole time, he had the galls to play Dislyte and 7DS.

He even asked if I'm selling any Dislyte account, and then he keep delaying saying he's finding the password for the right gmail now

He suddenly said he find his account worth more so he'll up the price for another 35$ and he'll give the account if he gets the 35$ I said no, and he never replied but still staying online

Account Recalls

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.

Epicnpc will no longer review disputes if one of these three Trade Guardian options is not used. There will be 2 types of disputes that can be opened.

1. Trade Guardian dispute - If TG was used, we will fully investigate as normal.
2. Scam Review - If TG was not used, only an account review will be conducted on the accused's account. We will check if they're a known scammer, previously banned member or have been accused of scams on other sites. They will then either be banned or not. An investigation into the dispute will not be conducted.
