Scam, Delay after Payment, Raise Price after Delay

Don't trade/buy/sell from this dude. I once wanted to buy a LOH account from him, after payment was done, he replied in very long intervals, and keep giving excuse, he even gave a non-existent gmail at first, and delayed, and then said work, and delayed, 2 days later, he gave another gmail. but says can't find password, and delay again, and after that he found password, but also said he thought his account is more worth than that so he raise another 35$, saying he'll give password after I pay another 35$
