Greetings, I have received several good reviews from this guy after he bought from me gems, but suddenly from nowhere he changed two of his reviews but forgot to change 1st one.
After buying and using my gems service multiple times, he now changed his mind and actually disputed money on PayPal but it didn't go well for him.
He claims that he got banned in Smite for 'buying gems from me' when it's obviously not the case. He probably used illegal methods by himself and got banned for it, or left a game or was toxic towards other players. Smite can ban players for many multiple reasons. He couldn't even provide one obvious evidence.

Let's see when did he buy from me last time? (He bought way more before that btw, and if it's true why didn't he get banned after that? and got banned 1 month after? like what..)
How do I get blamed for something that occurred 1 month after you have bought from me!!!?
It clearly shows 08/10/2022, let's proceed with the next important message he sent me.

So here.. he's talking about people reporting players names on other discords. Then sends me a message about HiRezRadar talking about violations and bunch of stuff, after that he just disputed money on PayPal and didn't go well for him to be honest. I'm just asking what is anything here has to do with me?
So what should I do if Hi-Rez decided to do something against players, am I a developer of their game? or a CEO. All I can do is remind players when buying gems that it's their full responsibility to buy gems from me and any gem seller (Which I already did). I can't do anything since Hi-Rez suddenly decided to do something against our favor.
The funny part is he bought on 08/10/2022 and got it in same day, then as he claims he got 'banned' on 09/01 or something, what it has to do with my business and gems service? How do I know you haven't used any illegal methods or used stolen cards or actually contacted sellers that aren't worthy of trust.

This is all his reviews, please do something with this as I care about my reputation in this kind community. I have not been receiving other than respect and good manners in this business. I do not wish a kid to accuse me of stuff I haven't done. thanks!

Not going to read it but here do what you want. He keeps saying I lost the case because one I didnt post anything for. Which they reopened, and auto refunded me for now. I have been reimbursed for both.

Only case I lost because I didnt realize I had to put all the info on both twice. Thats fair I could be using other methods. I dohave multiple message about people saying they only been banned after buying from Chivs. I can show you the messages with there permission. Also the messages of anytime someone meantion getting banned in his discord there messages would instantly be removed. Every other seller allowed the bans to be talked about Chivs tried to ignore it and not allow his buyers to be told about it. He even deleted his general chat to avoid people discussing it in the discord.

He used a VPN to buy the gems from turkey, which caused the ban. If the review gets take down, I will just pay for a thread to post how to do it, to do it, so people stop getting banned from him. Anyway, anything I post, he will try to deny or Lie about, just like me losing the case knowing I didnt post everything. Paypal even gave me a free 100$ offer since, and he is the first person I have ever disputed in using PayPal for over 6 years. I can show those messages happily!!! So me doing it for the "Money" was bs.

Also, if you like I can also ask for the people who got banned after buying from Chivs to Screenshot their email. Its without a doubt, the same reason, also the reason the ban was later because the wave came later for the bans. He deleted a whole general chat of messages and tried to blame everyone. So after he tried to dispute the money I spent many of it on his thousands of gems, he lost it but opened another dispute as well. That shows how you only care about taking the money back after I successfully delivered what you asked for without a single problem for a very long time.
Then proceeds with his accusations about me using a 'VPN' which I never would use to deliver gems in Smite, I have never stated that delivering gems require a VPN in any place ever.
Also none has ever disputed money on PayPal except you, since everyone knows it's their responsibility to buy gems. I don't force anyone to buy from me at anytime, I never approach people they approach me. Thankfully in this great community I have received nothing but good feedbacks and all the customers had a great experience with me.
So after 1 month you coming to tell me you got banned for using my service? How do we know you haven't used stolen cards, vpns, illegal methods in order to buy gems by yourself? It doesn't even make sense for me to risk my reputation for couple of dollars, everyone knows I barely get any profit from this business.
Not to mention I'm getting almost daily referrals by my polite customers, if they considered my business as not safe or shady business. Why would they do that? I'm getting customers till this day and I'm informing each and one of them that it's their fully responsibility to buy gems, if you were too unsecure and not sure why would you even have deals with me in the beginning.
It really shows how desperate you are for money if you think I even care about it, I only look after my reputation and high quality service as everyone who has dealt with me know my business is a low-profit business.
So you had a month of playing around with the gems, then none knows what you did to get banned. Now you throwing accusations towards me?

You claimed my account will suffer, talked about auto-bans, you were also running in the discord spreading the same sentence over and over 'don't buy you'll get banned'. What happened eventually? My account isn't banned, my customers are fully satisfied and still having returning customers all the time.

Surprisingly even after the talk about HiRezRadar 'catching people' 09/01, people are still coming back to buy more. Let's take a look at the date 09/06. That's when you know I'm using a safe method to deliver gems and you also know people are mature enough and willing to take responsibility when buying gems in Smite.
It's really funny how you come after a month and blame me for your ban.

So you post an image of a guy talking about his situation where he was put in a match with full of hackers, but yet you insist that he got banned for 'buying gems'. You weren't not yet banned but you said everyone would get a ban, you bought gems one month before the wave but got banned after it.
Who in the world with a reasonable mind would believe your story? This doesn't make any sense at all. I mean.. how do you blame me for the wave when you didn't even buy at the time it came or even near it?
I can also post chat images for different sellers that's complaining about the wave but I rather not, since this issue is between you and me. So don't act like I'm the cause of the wave when you didn't even buy around the time.

After coming back and looking around with some researches, I have warned and made terms for all the customers in my discord. I even have it in my thread for new customers as well. I can't just make assumptions without knowing how to solve an issue, so I have advised all of them by doing the following steps.

When you lie once you lie everytime, on PayPal he claimed I’m using ‘hacked methods’ which is shown in the picture below, but here he says I’m using a VPN. Seems like you are talking non sense hardly to make people believe you.

I believe sir from your previous experience and wisdom in dealing with countless members, you can see who’s lying and who’s stating the facts. I hope this gets resolved as soon as possible. Also to remind you, he doesn’t even care about the review outcome he blatantly said if the review is taken down he will just make a thread telling people how to do it. Also he says ‘i’m not gonna read do what u want’

Steam considers it a "Hacking Method." Also, when you are using it to buy gems for 4$, it's regarded as a hacking method due to manipulating the game.

You are using the vpn to purchase the gems which is against Microsoft and Steam terms of service. Would you rather the wording a manipulation method against ToS on every site? (Most games consider a manipulation method as a form of cheating/hacking, like a few years ago, when people were selling Bo3 ranks—using a bot match and nothing to change the game at all. It was still considered a form of cheating/hacking.) You, as a seller, should have known the method you were using was against ToS as they consider it a form of cheating.

I don’t buy them for 4$ just fyi and I don’t use a VPN. If you are too smart, obviously not but if you had so much information when you have done all the methods by yourself after (1 month) from buying from me and caused your account to get banned. Then coming to blame me and act so intelligent.
I clearly provided so many of necessary evidences, you only blaming yourself here.
Such a liar.. accuses me of hacked goods, then calls it a VPN. You should be ashamed of yourself, you wanted the money after I have spent most of it on your gems.
