Dear Admins, please i need your help.
I disagree with the negative feedback and negative comment in my thread. This is first negative feedback
1. Buyer ordered the mmr calibration (10 games)
2. We've done our job
3. After it he told me "you calibrated really bad.I want my money back"
4. I asked him why really bad? he told me "5 wins and 5 losses is really bad stats"
5. I told him, that 5 wins and 5 losses is medium stats, in my opinion "really bad" = 0 wins and 10 losses or something like this...
I don't think that that's fair towards me. Please help me to remove it.
