What is the dispute about?

Not delivering as promised.

I went to purchase a boost from Danyl0 on May 22nd, which he offered me a modded account instead for cheaper. I decided to go with that and paid him $40. He then told me he is getting the info ready for me and will send it soon. Several hours later I asked him about it and he replied with 2 more hours. This has been about his response every time I asked him for the next several days. On May 24th he started sending me emails with passwords for the account. All of which never worked. He then stated he will get with his manager and get back to me. A day later (May 25th) I asked for a refund as I was tired of waiting. He responded with the account is ready. So I told him ok if its wrong then I will want a refund. So I waited for him to send it and he never did. So I asked him about it and he responded by saying something went wrong his manager is working on it.

It has be 96 hours since service was requested.

My dear client, during two days I was on the I changed office because of the war in my country. I am in Ukraine My office is in Ukraine we were not safe. now I have changed, office and everything is fine.

He said the account is ready to send now, Im waiting on the info, if I dont receive the account in the next hour or two I will not wait anymore and want a refund.

I gave him 3 more hours to deliver the account, he did not even after stating it was ready. I gave him several chances. He kept saying it was ready when it is clear its not ready or even exists. I want a full refund. No more waiting no more telling me its ready as its been ready for the past couple days.

You did not say wait a few days, you said you will fix it then kept with the same 2 hour wait. I already got my refund through paypal I dont need to wait on you anymore. You cannot keep up your end of a sale so I will not remove anything as its a legit review and complaint.
