I sold this customer a League of Legends account for $650. The customer later reported that the account had been recovered by its original owner. I tried to help the customer recover the account, but the process would take a considerable amount of time. Therefore, I offered the customer two options: a 50% refund or a replacement account worth approximately $850. However, the customer refused both options.

A few days later, the customer left me negative feedback and also opened a dispute through PayPal requesting a full refund of $650. I knew that my chances of winning the dispute were relatively low, and I did not want to spend more time and effort dealing with the dispute, so I decided to accept the refund request.

However, because the customer had paid by credit/debit card, the refund was not received immediately. I asked the customer to remove the negative feedback after receiving the refund, and the customer agreed to do so.

Three days later, after the customer had received the full refund, he became unreasonable and demanded additional compensation in the form of an account worth $850 plus a TFT account worth $100. I refused because I had already provided a full refund, and I no longer wanted to continue doing business with this customer. The customer also confirmed that he had received the refund.

Despite receiving the full refund, the customer has still refused to remove the negative feedback as previously agreed.

I would like to ask for your assistance in removing this negative feedback, as I believe it is unfair for the customer to keep the negative review after receiving a full refund and failing to honor his agreement to remove the feedback.

The refund was given forcefully through a dispute. I can provide screenshot evidence that an "investigation" was conducted based off the dispute I submitted to my credit card company which was close out in my favor. When I requested a refund from the seller he only offered to refund 50% of the original cost of the account.

@Inori0001 Did you receive a refund? If so, was the refund given willingly or was it forcefully given through a dispute?
For reference negative feedback was left as I had a negative experience with this seller. Considering it took 3 weeks to receive a refund that had to be forcefully initiated by myself with no compensation for the money I spent on the account that was taken back I think it is reasonable. Asking for the additional $100 on top of what the seller offered was intended to cover the expenses of the account that was taken back. Considering the amount of time it took to receive a simple refund that the seller himself refused to give willingly I would argue the review is justified.

I would also like to add that the agreement to remove the negative feedback was when I requested a refund from the side of the seller before I had to take measure into my own hands and start a dispute. It is also worth considering the seller has marked his profile as trusted with "100% reliable and fast service"

@liamworkforce If the refund was given willingly. Please provide proof.
When customers lose their accounts, I also offer them compensation options.

And with lost accounts, it's difficult to verify whether the customer actually lost their account. The customer was unhappy with my compensation plan and opened a dispute on the 28th, and I immediately agreed to issue a refund upon seeing the dispute.

Additionally, this person confirmed they would remove the negative review after receiving the money.

However, after receiving the money, he wanted the account I had previously offered as an exchange, plus another account worth $100.

The refund was not initated by the seller willingly. When I had requested a refund I was offered only 50% what I had paid and told to otherwise wait so he can find a replacement account. With the process having taken over 2 weeks already I initiated a dispute with my credit card company and as a result he had no choice but to process the refund. The fact that the process got to the point where I as the customer had to initiate a claim in order to receive my refund already shows the refund was not processed willingly but instead because he had no choice. As stated previously in another reply my "promise to remove the negative feedback" was only if the refund was given willingly by the seller and no longer valid once I had to take action myself. The compensation options he offered me did not include the skin or in game item I was seeking and as I had already spent money on the account aswell I asked for something more satisfactory. During the entirety of the negotiation I asked numerous times to simply send me the refund and it would be over and yet those requests were ignored over and over. Baseline is the seller refused to send me a refund when requested and as a result I had no choice but to open a dispute which forced the refund to be processed.

You promised to remove the negative review after receiving the money, and this happened after a dispute had been opened and I opted for a refund. Clearly, you became greedy and changed your mind, demanding more valuable accounts. Furthermore, I never told you that I would refuse a refund.

Not to mention, you could be lying. What if the account wasn't actually lost and you still have it? This can happen with League of Legends accounts. I also need time to verify this.

Saying there is a possibility that I am now lying simply becomes a he said she said. I was not given the original email nor were you able to recover it with the "creation info" you gave me. Not to mention this is in no way related to the issue if you not issuing a refund until forced to via a dispute case opened from my end. Also worth mentioning if you had doubts it could have been addressed when I initially brought up the account had been taken back yet it wasn't because you know it is a likely possibility and trying to bring that up now as an argument is simply a last resort to save face.

Clients would be upset if I accused them of something they didn't do, so I don't bring it up unless there's solid evidence. I'm only speaking about the present situation because you didn't keep your promise. Why did you promise me you would remove the negative review even though you clearly knew you had already opened a dispute and I had refunded you in that dispute, only to then change your mind and demand more? I have already made that clear above. The delay in the refund is to verify the veracity of your statement.

Please do not continue to argue here.

We do not investigate discord. If a transaction takes place off site then all we ask for is proof of transaction. Proof was given so the feedback can remain.

Feedbacks can be changed to neutral if a refund is issued willingly. @liamworkforce I only speak English. Please provide proof that the refund was given willingly. The proof must be in English.

I am not able to upload files for whatever reason. So I will post an imgur link with an image of the resolved dispute case I opened.
