Hello im already opened disputes about this case but both has been closed by admin without any converstation and honetsly i dont know why now you didnt closed him threads with same reason but anyway i dont mind and will expalin everything below.

He made deal with that persone Betze about buy char from him and before deal i asked from him very important things about account (this could influence my purchasing decision). Especially i wanted to know about country and currency and i asked about this in chat and Betze confirmed me that is EU country and EUR currency. Sending link of thread with proofs:
Thread about try tu refund this deal via EpicNpc support: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/sel...ut-account-and-didnt-give-money-back.2671515/

So i cheked the account and saw Russian Federation country and i didnt agree that because this accounts dead now, you can pay only game card at all. And if imagine case where i didnt ask about it before deal then i agreed that is my bad, but i asked and i have rights for 100% refund on my opninion because the seller did not fulfill the terms of the deal.

He declined my refund request with words like: "I used money already and will give refund only if i will find new buyer for this account. Otherwise no" (you can see it on screenshots)
I consider this an incorrect answer because I don’t even know how long I should wait. Admins closed my dispute thread and reccomended me leave feedback. I concluded that is done of deal finally and i will not receive my money back and changed data of account on mine and leaved fair negative feedback#1 with 2 starts for his dishonest work: https://www.epicnpc.com/feedback/feedback/826186/view

After this he sent me bad feedback #2 with 1 star for no reason: https://www.epicnpc.com/feedback/feedback/827871/view

I tried to delete this feedback because its no fair and opened dispute: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/seller-left-bad-review-without-reason.2678690/
And admins closed it too without converstation; Then i opened feddback#3 with 1 star with words that this man writing not honest feedbacks (delted by admins i guess)

After this he leaved feedback#4 with 1 star (deleted by admins too i guess)

My point that this guy was dishonest with me before deal (fake information about product) and same after deal - he declined my fair refund request. And i see only one really fair way to resovle this situation: delete feedbacks #2 #3 #4 and leave only #1 because only this was fair and have proofs because i wrote it. For now i explained full situation and only a blind will not see that I am not guilty of anything and acted honestly at every step of this situation.

Also i still agree compensation or full refund and delete all negative feedbacks because situation will be full resovle.
