ChillboostOW going offline after purchase

I've bought an OW account from him before. Decided to buy an account from him about 3 days ago, sends me his PayPal and proceeds to go offline for 3 days.

The paypal payment only shows the name I sent you but I included the paypal email in one of the messages he sent.
