I am truly sorry for this trouble. As noted, you have both traded fairly and I have sent payment to both of you by PayPal friends and family. There is no option on PayPal to chargeback for a payment through PayPal friends and family that I know of. I am very sorry that this is happening. I received an e-mail from PayPal yesterday that said my account was being limited due to unauthorized activity.
It asked me to login to my PayPal to resolve this case. However, when I tried to login to my PayPal account - it did not recognize my email. When I try to recover access to my PayPal account, the PayPal website states that my e-mail does not exist nor has it been used to create a PayPal account (which is not possible, as this is my original email for PayPal and for EpicNPC). I believe my account was stolen, and I promise I do not have access to the current e-mail on my PayPal account. I plan to call PayPal to see if there is a way to locate my account and stop any unauthorized purchases that were made on it before it was restricted. I also hope the restriction on your PayPal accounts will be resolved as well. Please see screenshots below to support my statement.

Sorry but I didn't see any changes, still on the state of charge-back dispute, I don't really know what's going on in your side but if the payment is still in the dispute status (on hold) then you have to clear it first before this thread will go away

Yes, the disputed amounts are been held by PayPal but did you get refunds from his other source?
 
@SuperSmashBros Maybe I got this wrong. Are you planning on refunding these 2, and any1 else who has problems? If you sent a refund please show picture proof here. Otherwise, you will need to regain access to your PayPal and cancel these disputes.

I sent PayPal my photo ID earlier. They informed me that they are reviewing documentation.
I will reach out to the both of you separately by EpicNPC direct message to try and provide refunds outside of PayPal.
 
The charge back has been successfully claimed by the scammer, so Idk whether you are going to refund me or not, but my balance now is -$508
I've replied to the refunds method you were asking in the message but I have not received any money from it since YESTERDAY

Yeah I think we really got scammed hard on this one, I'm not trying to accuse of anything but if the buyer @SuperSmashBros really wanted to solve or refund the payment,
he would have done it immediately after we provided him the details of our refund option, but I got nothing since yesterday

I sincerely apologize for the late reply. I've had a difficult time working with PayPal these past few days.
I shared direct messages to both @valkyriene and @Rhoen to try and make this right.

Update of current situation:
• PayPal account under review
• PayPal requested that I provide information (including photo ID and bank/card details)
• PayPal can't confirm identity based on the ID I provided (which was a passport)
• PayPal informed that the account is locked (scammer is unable to withdraw money nor send money)
• Unfortunately, I'm unable to login to PayPal account either, since they will not give back account
• I promise I do not have access to the email and password for the PayPal account
• I also did not receive any payment from PayPal refunding the money I sent to the two sellers

Here is the good news:
• PayPal informed me that PayPal is not withdrawing funds from seller's banks or cards
• Although there is negative PayPal balance - this only prevents seller's from using PayPal account until balance is paid, or dispute is resolved
• This is further explained in the screenshot that PayPal shared below and on this webpage: https://www.paypal.com/hk/smarthelp...negative-balance-in-my-paypal-account-faq1905
• As shown in attached screenshot, @valkyriene had no money in their PayPal balance (meaning no money is lost)
• As shown in attached screenshot, @Rhoen had $0,98 in their PayPal balance (meaning this money is frozen or lost)
• I plan to share a reimbursement for @Rhoen for the $0,98, and share more to repay for locked PayPal account
• I also can share payment with @valkyriene to repay for locked PayPal account
• Please see screenshots attached of conversations with both sellers to work on sharing a payment
• If I do regain access to my PayPal account, I can try to resolve the issue and remove any lock or negative balance on seller's PayPal accounts

'as the $500 should be in your bank (not on PayPal balance)' this is not true since I still haven't made a transfer to my bank account yet, so that $500 is basically what's supposed to be in my bank, now I can't transferred it to my bank account since it's in the negative balance

As in your Paypal's account got locked up, I don't really care, it's in your fault that your Paypal got hacked, you should resolved it somehow with Paypal, I know that now the fund is locked up, so it's either the SCAMMER or you, both couldn't pull the money out assuming the funding source is through Paypal's balance,
BUT if the funding source is through your credit card, Paypal WILL REFUND IT to your credit card instead of Paypal's balance, I have enough experience with Paypal so I know how refunding works.
As for Wise set up, I have sent you the details on how you could set everything up, I do hope you can retrieve your Paypal assuming you really got hacked, my account was also locked up once but it takes just couple of days to verify my identity,
what I did was provide them with not only passport, but also the source of funding of my account (my bank account's numbers registered, credit cards used, history of transaction, last password I remember, email registered, etc)
Believe me they will immediately unlocked your account within less than 3 days!

As for what I want us to solve right now is the $500 I lost,
so as I stated, just send me $500 through Wise and everything will be solved out.

@SuperSmashBros If you truly are the owner of the PayPal you were using, then it will not be much effort to unlock it. It is just time that is needed. PayPal WILL unlock your account once they have sufficient proof that you are who you say you are. Give them exactly what they want and they'll unlock it. If they denied your request to unlock it after giving them your passport identity, then it wasn't your PayPal to begin with, you've tried to give them a fake passport, or they can't make out the picture correctly. If its the last, simply send them a new picture with clearer imaging. If you're still having trouble and you're legit the owner, then you need to phone them and don't take no for an answer.

Kindly send valkyriene his refund through wise. Wise is easy to setup on, I use it myself. They will however take time to verify your stuff, but every processor does this.

Okay first, what was the method of your payment through Paypal? Is it:
A. Paypal's balance
B. Credit Card
If A was your payment method then the charged-back refund will go through your Paypal's balance
If B was your payment method through Paypal then the charged-back refund will go directly to your credit card

In all cases, I verified my identity by providing the following.
Also provide this when speaking with a new agent via the online messaging, or when emailing them
Note that they cannot verify your identity over social media DMs however due to security concerns.
IMPORTANT!
1. Your country
They will be able to guess this based on your Internet network, but provide it anyways as their rules and services are different per country.
2. Name on the PayPal account. Make sure it's the exact one on the account -- I'd signed up with a shortened version of my first name and was only able to verify myself by providing that.
3. PayPal account email address. The one you use to login.
4. Last 4 digits of one of these that is connected to your PayPal account: credit/debit card or bank account
5. Lastly your ID such as Passport, National IDs such as driving license, billing statement, etc

It can takes time I know but if you move fast then it will likely be unlocked within a week time max,
I'm suggesting you wrote down in a Word format every single details explaining what happened, then copy paste it and send it to every Paypal's available support.

I hope this helps! I do think 2-step/2-factor authentication is a good thing and enable it WITH the backup option of an Authenticator app in case something like this happens again.

even after giving proof etc i still can't win.

Wise is the safest bro, it's basically sending the money (DEBIT) directly to your bank, Wise charge a fee but only a little not like Paypal,
you can get exactly the amount of money *no convert from USD>IDR with shitty Paypal rate, it's definitely better rate or you can ask the buyer to send you IDR instead of USD,
trust me I've done quite some time so I know how Wise works, I just didn't know why I go for Paypal this time, resulting a bad-end.

Never again using Paypal as a seller.
 
SuperSmashBros changed his email to a new email address and did not verify the new email. His account was deactivated for this reason.

I restored the original email and it's active again.

I have another solution here, if you can't give my $500 then give me back my Blue Archive account, at least I can cut the loss here,

Idk what is your play here but really man, if you want to be an honest person just be honest,
you stated you have logged out the account in personal chat, and I doubt this account is safe anymore

also, don't lie @valkyriene - @Rhoen already let me know he/she was able to withdraw the $75 i sent to them (they had about $1 in PayPal balance)
the extra $30 was to repay them for losing their PayPal account. they made a profit from this deal
i also know that you withdrew the $500 i sent to your PayPal account @valkyriene
you have both been repaid fairly. that's why im unbanned - because i did what's right

@SaltnVinegar now he is mocking me and the epicnpc staff for unbanning him, also how did you know I already withdrew the Paypal's balance? My God this guy is seriously have a mental issue, my Blue Archive account that he was giving back revoked by him, he got the chargedback and unbanned, I don't know what else to say about resolving this dispute, he clearly outplayed us including Epicnpc, he said he didn't believe in hell whatsoever but I think life has karma and I wish him got one.

I don't think he ever got the intention of giving me back the $500 nor the account, the way he gave me back the account and revoked it within 24 hours is a proof that he has no intention letting go of the account, and he thought I was the one who banned him is just way off the normal person in this forum of thinking, and he found the banned and unbanned is hilarious, I mean what's so hilarious about it? I'm not the one who banned you, and another red flag is he is trying to change his email in this forum, yet he failed because it was detected.

also to everyone his identity is most likely fake as well,
but beware of someone named:

Muhammad Angkasa (used in the account's screenshot)
Roger Enright (used in charge-back Paypal) LOCKED
Nathan Vang (used in the Nexon account)


those are aliases he used, one of which might be real, but just beware guys, this guy is seriously dangerous!
so whoever want to buy a Blue Archive account from this guy make sure that Louvre#7405 IS NOT the ID
I managed to change the ID using the change ID last chance so he wouldn't be able to change it ever again.
