Yesterday, I bought this account, middleman logged in the game and sent me pictures. I didn’t log in immediately, I waited a few hours and I got greeted by message saying that the account is suspended. So, my conclusion is that middle man got the account banned. I would like a full refund.

Yesterday, I bought this account, middleman logged in the game and sent me pictures. I didn’t log in immediately, I waited a few hours and I got greeted by message saying that the account is suspended. So, my conclusion is that middle man got the account banned. I would like a full refund.

ddbrain, it is your responsibility to access the account to confirm everything is okay once you receive it. We can't do this step for you.

The MM transferred the account to you and you then posted this:

Everything is okay

Then the transaction was fully completed. We accept this as evidence you logged into the account and everything was okay.

You are now claiming you did not log in and are accusing the MM of causing the ban. We do not accept this claim as you already confirmed you logged into the account and "everything is okay".

Warframe used hardware ID bans. If you were previously banned (which could be the reason for purchasing a new account) and used the same computer, it's reasonable to assume you could have caused the ban on the account. If this is what happened and you are indeed hardware banned, it is not the seller's fault nor the MM.

At this time we are acting under the assumption you are indeed hardware ID banned and you caused the ban.

To confirm this is not true, please record a video of the following.

1) Log into the account purchased so we can confirm it's banned.
2) Register a new account. Log into the game and play a match.
3) Wait 24 hrs and log into the same new account so we can see it's not banned.
