What is the dispute about?
Charge back from previous OR original owner. I got in game mail in genshin. Now there could be multiple chargebacks so I don't think paying back the gems back is going to be a good idea.
Other details / notes:
Seems this is not the original owner or just tried to lie for the sake of being convincing.
He claims that he made the account 4 days after being released when the UID is obviously not made from release. That's only part 1 of the evidence that claims he may not be the original owner, I have more to show here to prove that he's making up more lies for the sake of being convincing??
For reference, release date of Genshin was sept 28. 4 days after would be near the beginning of october.
This is his claim that 4 days after he made the account past release which would be early october, yet all the pulls are made 20+ days later.
Above already shows the earliest pulls for the standard and character event banners. Since things didn't add up I decided to take it to here and dispute.

Other proof:
I have proof in my bank statements that all my previous payments have gone through, no refunds have been made on my end. Also on my paypal there hasn't had a single purchase refunded. Will proved the screenshots to the moderator handling this dispute through dms and willing to call with them. Most importantly I have chat logs with google on my google play account that none of my purchases have any refund status on them. Will send to mod upon request. I can prove that I have only used this payment method in this game. It will match my bank/credit card statements.
