What is the dispute about?
He made a chargeback with his bank after getting the account. 1 month after purchase
Other details / notes: He sent me the money without any middleman and i was a bit dumbfounded he trusted me that much, 1000 us dollars just like that. I guess we can see now why he did that. Well my paypal account is completely ****ed, how can he even refund a friends and family payment? My only question to you guys is: can paypal just charge my bank for the ammount this guy refunded for? Because that would be insane
