Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: He purchased an account from my website and then immediately disputed the payment on Paypal. This is the second time he has done this, the first time he closed the dispute for whatever reason. I doubt i'll be so lucky this time.
Other details / notes: He bought an account from my webiste (www.LoL-Account-Shop.com) but since I've only advertised my website on here i think its very likely he's a member on EpicNPC.

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? No
Have you traded with this person before? Only other time was the one i mentioned.
Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? Maybe around 10 now more or less.
Note: Tomorrow i'll be leaving for 5 days. I'll check up on this post before i go, but after that i won't be able to be reached.
