Hi everyone,

I am currently a owner of a large house in shirogane: Plot 7-37. on the chaos datacentre in louisoix.
Price: € 3000,-
The reason that I charge € 3000,- is because there has not been a large house plot for sale in louisoix for 6-8 months and the plot is considered to be the best plot in shirogane.

This is not a fc plot but a private plot. The way of selling will be through relocation so you need to be the owner of a small or medium plot and have at least 53mil on your character to relocate to the plot.

To clarify, you will not be buying a house directly but will be buying for the opportunity to purchase the plot for 53 mil after I relocate this house to a different plot. (Currently not available because square enix has disabled people getting kicked out of their houses if they don’t enter their house for x amount of time)
