Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: This is kind of long so I'll keep it short.

Previous to this I had traded the Ret Pally involved for a Hunter from Cblack832.

Cblack832 (Skype = cblackwow) traded the Ret Pally for the account above from dzsy777.
I then traded Cblack832 a Monk/Shaman for the Priest/Rogue from the thread above.
Today I was told it was recalled.
I contacted Cblack832 about it, he said he would talk to dzsy777. I ended up having dzsy777 on my Skype contacts so I contacted him.
He said his real-life friend (spenser.hineman1) was the OO (which is true) and that he would help me get the account back later in the evening.
Spenser.hineman1 messaged me out of nowhere asking about a trade for a current thread I have going on. I asked him about the account and he said he recalled it because he thought he had been hacked. I explained the situation to him and found that he claims he didn't know dzsy777 had traded his Priest/Rogue.
I simply asked spenser.hineman1 to give the account back to me and he refuses.


Other details / notes: My personal opinion is that they are not being truthful and that they are in this together.

i agree fully.. the account i got from dzsy777 was recalled and he claims he doesnt know how and refuses to give me the pally back.. i have proof we traded

1) What did dysy777 trade to swag4354 for the rogue/priest
2) swag4354 is stating he recalled because the account he got was recalled from him. This suggests that the account dzsy777 traded to swag4354 is recalled.
3) Who's teddy and how is he involved.

swag4354 should have been the one opening this dispute against dzsy777 if the account he got was recalled.

dzsy777 and swag4354 have been notified.

swag4354 you need to post proof the account you got from dzsy777 was recalled.

Answers inline.

1) What did dysy777 trade to swag4354 for the rogue/priest - Nothing, they are friends. Dzsy777 (Teddy) either traded the account without Swag's knowledge or it is something they have thought and planned out (no proof here besides dzsy777 attempting to change his skype name to the OO of the Ret Paladin and both of them getting very angry about the situation)

2) swag4354 is stating he recalled because the account he got was recalled from him. This suggests that the account dzsy777 traded to swag4354 is recalled. Note above, no account was traded to Swag.

3) Who's teddy and how is he involved. Sorry. Teddy is dzsy777.

Also, i spoke with dzsy77 yeserday about the situation and he got mad at me i guess and gave me negative feedback.. i dont understand how he could give me negative feedback and it was the acct that i got from him that was recalled.. im the one that should be giving him negative feedback.. plz correct this

dzsy777 and swag4354 have both been banned. One of them logged into the other persons account. Then one of them created a new account and gave it fake feedback using dysy777.

It appears they are working together and have no intention of resolving this.

Unfortunately this leaves just cblack832 and Jammer who lost the rogue/priest account. Hopefully you guys can come up with a compromise between you two to settle his. I'll leave this open for another 48 hrs.

Thanks EpicNPC! Cblack and I did work something out. He's super legit and a great guy.

I saw that Edubble1 has a new account. You might want to verify that this isn't dzsy777. Hineman123 is also a new account. Anyway we can get an IP Ban on these guys? Just an FYI.
