Dispute Date: August 17, 2013 was the date I was made aware that this was a stolen account, by a friend of the Original Account Owner.
Method of Contact Used: Skype
Instant Messenger Name of the Person you are Accusing: NPC.Cinder is what he is going by in his more recent threads, GoonieSloth was the name from our deal thread.

What is the dispute about? The user has sold me (in my opinion), a possibly stolen League of Legends account. I still have hold over the account, however, a friend of the account contacted me in League of Legends, and we talked on Skype. He also gave my Skype name to the account's Original Owner, and I have spoken to him as well.

Provide Information that Lead to the Dispute: I had a feeling that taking a chance on a new user selling some decent accounts was a little fishy, I even said that in my original reply to his first thread on the forums. Several days later, a contact on the friend's list on one of the accounts contacted me in game about the account being stolen from his friend. I talked to him on Skype, and he gave my information to the account Original Owner.
Other Details: I talked to Cinder, after he had changed his Skype contact names in his forum threads, regarding this situation. He offered to refund all of the money in exchange for all of the accounts that I had purchased. He said it would be Sunday before we could do this. I have given him ample time to get in touch with me. He has refused and has since posted some BUMPS on some of his other sales threads. I need to make this VERY CLEAR... I have the access to the account that is in question by the Original Owner. I am making this claim to protect other users when dealing with Cinder, as I believe that these accounts were not obtained in a legitimate manner. There has been no recall made, I still hold the access for now.

Other: I have 23 pictures between League of Legends in game, and Skype conversations, involving the said dispute. They are compressed into a Zip File, and ordered by the timing of the events as they occurred. I do not wish to upload them in public, as there are too many things to edit out of all of the photographs of people not involved in the dispute. I will gladly give them to whichever authority on EpicNPC chooses to help with this case.
