Apology for me for posting this post about SCAMMER here since i do not know this person Epicnpc User Name to report him. The conversation and transaction between us just are all in Discord. If the Moderators saw this post, you can delete it or do what ever you want. This post is just to warning every user of Epicnpc user. Please spend some minutes to look at it

On 26th of August, this person pm me in discord and he want to buy my Epic7 account. Our transaction went smoothly like normal transaction, the buyer send money then the seller give the account. But few hours later, i suddenly got Chargeback Settlement from Paypal. When i tried to contact back with him, he blocked me on discord.

I don't know the Unauthorized transaction scam method... and I don't know how it work.

Anyway why do you use Discord? Using skype + PM you can check his regional Info via other plugin and match it with the EPICNPC account.
I accept only EpicNPC account with one or more positive transaction.
And before the transaction you should check his email account and nameaccount with a little OSINT, example using GOOGLE DORKS to find some hint regarding paypal/account name.
You can get scammed anyway ofc, but at least you have some viable filters.

I sold my Bnet account ( Full HS collector ) , I got a queue of scammers to avoid ...

 

Damn... scammers are everywhere... It's frustrating.

Unsure if this is the same person, but there's a person impersonating other users going around scamming others too. His Discord tag was DegenNoMore#9380 & recently changed it to Keno777#9380

 

FnF will never be safe. I got chargeback before as well. No matter what type of payment (paypal), people could still chargeback. It is only down to whether you got the chance to explain anyting to paypal or not (sometime they do allow open dispute and give u a chance to explain, but most of the time u dont. They just straight away take ur money away). I used to face that problem until I start to grow bigger, more transac being made everyday and now they will always let me to have a say to defend myself first before making any further decision.

I already talked to the paypal rep. Apparently he's doing unauthorized transactions. He's got multiple paypals. He's also changing names on discord to try and scam some more people

 

Well normally you can't, but this person is using unauthorized transaction and PP is accepting it.

 

So I don’t understand how this happens. I thought PayPal F&F isn’t refundable? Unless I’m missing something.

 

I think it's the same person who scammed pingur#4736. He messaged me about a Sakura person yesterday.

I also lost an account to this guy, but mine was more expensive. I love it when paypal allows people to do multiple chargebacks at the same time.
