can't pay with paypal?

I read a thread from a week or so ago stating that paypal was working again, but I personally don't have an option to buy credits through paypal so I was wondering if anyone could help me figure this out lol

PayPal has been cracking down on digital goods markets lately, and decided to terminate EpicNPC’s association with the platform. You can find out more about it here:
