I did not kick anyone off of any account, first of all. Second of all, you still have access to the account. I will not provide you with a refund since I did nothing wrong.
I have proof to show that I did not scam him, and he still has access to the account. He has NO RIGHT to ask for a refund.
I sold the account to him on January 21st, 2021. Here is a log of all of the clans that he has been in since that time:

It CLEARLY shows that he made a clan YESTERDAY, which shows he still has access to the account.
His other accounts are also in that clan, so NO ONE ELSE IS PLAYING ON HIS ACCOUNT.

He has done many attacks, and is still in Legends League, which shows that he is still active on the account.

This screenshot was taken MINUTES ago, and shows that there are no tombstones or disabled traps on his base. That means that he must have logged in TODAY.
HE STILL HAS ACCESS TO THE ACCOUNT AND PLAYS ON IT DAILY. HE IS TRYING TO SCAM ME OUT OF AN ACCOUNT. I WILL NOT LET THIS HAPPEN.

I already told him I got signed out if you need a picture of my supercell Id logins I have no problem showing that I have no access I even been asking for a refund for a while and he doesn’t wanna do it at all I’m tired of asking for help to get an account back that I had no access too I never had the email or full access I played on it till I got signed out and that’s not even what I bought I bought full access account and never got full access. You can ask mm I never had full access I was able to log in and never got the email because the original owner took the email back he’s even friends with the original owner and stays ignoring me giving me excuses I’ve never had problems with any other buyers or sellers please help I will provide any proof of anything

The original owner is this guy I bought the account from called JDW. His discord is JDW#8597. I have not been able to contact him for weeks now since he blocked me right after asking if he recalled the account. You can try to get a hold of him, but I've had no luck. I have no other contact methods other than his Discord.
In regards to the account getting locked, I am not sure if the original owner recalled it. Once I bought the account in early December, I signed him out (manually), and changed all of the account details and recovery info to my own. I don't know how the original owner would be able to recover the account with no recovery methods. When I sold the account, all of the recovery info was changed to that of the middle man. I thought that the middle man would be able to recover the account, but clearly not.
Concerning the money, I would have refunded the buyer, but the money is already spent. I used it to pay last month's bills. In fact, that is the original reason as to why I wanted to sell the account; I needed the money very urgently. I literally have $48.71 in my bank account right now. I can offer to buy the original owner a burger from McDonald's if that offers any consolation. That's why I was so hesitant to refund the buyer. I do not have the money.
Moreover, I don't know why the buyer confirmed the trade guardian transaction before he was able to access the account. Had he mentioned it before the transaction completed, we probably could have gotten figured this out by now. I am really sorry that you are unable to access the account, but it makes no sense that you "never" got the account. You have been playing on it consistently, and you must have had access to the email in order to sign into the Clash of Clans account in the first place.
I never got into the email I requested a code to it to sign into the clash account which the mm sent a code because mm said dont change nothing for 7 days so it wasnt any point of going on the email yet the account got locked the next couple of days and you said it shouldn’t get locked, i been asking for help since the account got locked and asked for refund. You had contact with him for a while before he blocked you.

I genuinely did not know that Gmail accounts could get locked. I thought that only Clash of Clans accounts could get locked. That was the first sale that I had ever done in my life, so I had absolutely no idea what to expect.
Additionally, I was not able to contact the original owner. He ghosted me and blocked me soon after I contact him. So, no, I did not have contact with him a while before he blocked me. I am sorry, but I literally do not have the money; there is absolutely nothing I can do, even if I wanted to. I do want to help you, because I've gotten scammed before, and I absolutely hated it. That's why I went as far as to reach out to the original owner and provided you with any information that you wanted/needed. If I didn't care about you, then I would have just blocked you right after the problems started. But I didn't, which means I genuinely do care.
I used that money to pay for my bills; I got laid off last month because of lockdown. Unless anyone here has a money-printing machine, there is no way for me to get that money back. Look, I sympathize with your situation a lot because I've been there before. That feeling sucks.
Either you can wait until I manage to get enough money to refund you, or a mod can ban my account. I'd hate for this to happen, but I don't know what else to do. I'm screwed either way, and there is no way out for me. I'm not trying to make excuses, because I have none. All I can do right now is apologize to you for your situation and wish you the best.

No need to apologize at all! I would have done the same in your position. I totally understand where you're coming from.
I think I had it for around a month? Maybe 3 weeks? I didn't have the account for too long. Sorry for the delayed response, there are many blackouts in Texas right now due to the snowstorm.
@GoldenFire17 3 weeks is not enough for Gmail to be resold and there is a high chance that will be locked in case that buyer something changed.
@Matt6288x did you changed anything on the account after you got him from MM?

This was my very first sale, so I had no idea that that time frame was not enough. Had I known about this, I would have waited longer.
I bought the account from someone who added me on Discord. This is his Discord: JDW#8597. He blocked me soon after issues with the account started appearing.

Yep, I tried contacting Google through phone but they wouldn't pick up. I'm going to try again on Friday, or the weekend. Hopefully they'll respond. Fingers crossed!

@Matt6288x Gmail is currently lost but you are still able to play, correct? Is there any option to link an account with some social media except Supercell? If i remember well there should be also Facebook but correct me if i am wrong
