We made some changes to our canned replies system and added a new auto-reply feature.
Canned replies are unlocked with the Epic Member upgrade.

IMPORTANT * Existing canned replies no longer function!
Old canned replies will appear in the "Outdated" category and can no longer be selected from the reply box. Please follow these steps to update your canned replies.
1. Create a new category or multiple categories.
2. Click one of your old replies and move it to the new category you created.
- At the top is a category field. Select one of the new categories you created.
3. Repeat for each old reply.

- The updated system allows for 6 different categories and 10 replies in each category. This greatly increases the total amount of canned replies a member can setup.
- New Auto-reply feature has been added.
- Members can setup 3 replies, but only 1 can be active at a time.
- The auto-reply is sent only to members that contact you for the first time.
