Can i Reverse the credits i put into my account???

Hi im new to this mmo auction site, anyways i check out my account and it had said i was "unverified" and saw thought i had a "3.50" debt to pay off so i put the amount to pay it off with my paypal and saw that the amount had nearly doubled so i automatically assumed it was another debt from editing my auction post and had put in something like "7.XX" and is now "14.30" for credit. Is there anyway to transfer these credits bank to my bank??? i didnt know i was crediting my account but instead thought i was in "debt"...
