What is the dispute about? BYT98/VIC2545 scammed me of $100USD. He was selling a BM 16x for MapleLegends. I told him to use MM and he kept making excuses to avoid using one. Kept sending bad quality photos of "successful trades" he did in the past 3 months. He kept wanting me to pay him through crypto and even offered a discount if I did so. I went first and paid. He told me he was checking to verify and blocked me.
Other details / notes: Look at the edit date/time on that thread and when I reported the scam. 7 mins difference. He edited the title and content and changed his forum name. He had another thread that he deleted too.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) Nothing, I sent the $ and he just blocked me.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? Never.
