Buying - I think I'm about to buy a scam.

Looking at this rogue, lots of s3, some s4.
Seller said 'um, around $400', which has sent off some alarms. Seems too cheap to be good.

I've asked to see it in game, to which he agreed, and he also says he has OO details, but I'm not sure what else I can check to make sure it's water tight.
I'm very new to MD, could someone please give me some tips as to making the trade water tight? I was thinking trying to use a middleman, are there 'trusted' middle men on MD?

EDIT - The seller has just bumped his thread again, but the loc is a different country. As I said, I'm new, is the loc user imput? Or IP look up?

Yeah constant country switching reveals that he is likely using a proxy. Why would a legit seller want to hide his location?

My advice is to follow your intuition and not deal with him.

Can anyone point me toward a safe buyer's guide? Trawled the forum and can only find topics relating to sellers.
