Date the problem began: 2 August 2023

Describe the problem:
Today 19 August, I just Checked Mail
And see there's an email, on 2 August he trying to Take back the money from Paypal.
For payment or Transaction on 29/30 July, I didn't know why the date is different but it same Transaction.
But there's an email too.. on 12 August I won the case, so he failed.
I already chat him on epicnpc around 30minutes ago, but he didn't answer even still online just now.
