Buyer Scammed then left Negative Feedback - need removed

I am disputing the only negative feedback on my record. Would like my “trade with caution” removed as well. The guy opened a case against me also. I sold him an account, he didn’t pay as agreed, I took the account back as agreed. It was his idea to do a 1/2 now 1/2 later.

1. We agreed he would pay half up front and the other half after. He told me he is not paying the 2nd half after receiving the account and playing on it over a week. (Attached photos). There is no “Goods” it was an account and he played it for more than a week and used the materials on the account. It’s not the same as it was when I sold to him.

2. I stated that if he did not pay I would take the account back. He said he wasn’t paying and threatened negative feedback. (In screenshot)

3. I’m under no obligation to refund this sale as there was no “warranty” or any discussion about a refund prior to sales. It’s not my problem he “changed his mind” after entering his he agreement.

4. He should be banned for this scam and defamation of my name. And my feedback from him should be cleared. He clearly was hoping to use my account for over a week and then not pay.

i cant scam first of all i have x4 times the feedback of this guy
i have been more active than him and dealing with costumers
i cant scam when the acc i bought was linked and i cant recovery by any means,
he kept the money i payed him in the account,
we agreed in 2 times payment, i couldnt make the 2nd payment and the options he gave me was or i pay him the rest or he keep what i paid and the account
he took the account and kept the money i paid him
i dont think thats any fair when we have screenshots and talked to him telling him i wont make the 2nd apyment and i would like a refund and since i cant keep the account cause is already linked to him and also didnt even use any resources and i even farmed resources worth mroe than 100€ so this guy is full of **** pretty much

i never had any problem with nobody and this guy is calling me a scammer when he doesnt even know the meaning of that word, i dont have to explain to him why i cant play the game so i am not gonna buy it thats all, this guy is telling literally that i wasted 40€ of my money to use an account 1 week. so i literally paid him 40€ to borrow that account and play and he calls me scammer.
do something with this guy cause this doesnt make any sense

and as he stated in the first screenshot, he said he can take back the acc at any time cause he is the only one who is linked, so i dont see the point on me being the scammer when this guy literally took my money and the account

i would like to add for the record, when he told me he spent the money i payed him i asked him when he gets payed and he told me wednesday and i asked to pay me wednesday when he gets paid, this guy wont refund me cause he cant sell the account and want to get rid of it and now he got the money and the account does it seem like i scammed?

Of course I spent the money. You bought my account. The money was mine to spend the moment you logged on the account. Just because you failed to pay the agreed 2nd half doesn’t justify you feeling like you deserve a refund. We had a deal, and you didn’t hold up your end of the deal. This is 100% your fault. If you was not a Liar and kept your end of the deal, we wouldn’t be here.

I’m not sure why you keep lying and making up these story’s. All that matters is you agreed to buy the account… knowing if you didn’t pay I was taking it back….. you refused to pay and I took it back. You agreed to that. It’s in the screenshots, it’s in our convo. YOU AGREED TO PAY, and didn’t pay. That’s on you buddy. I held my end up. You played on the account for over a week.

If you “couldn’t make the 2nd payment” you should never have agreed to pay me 2nd payment after receiving the account and playing on it for over a week. That’s was not smart on your end.

my friend listen , if i cant keep up with the deal cause this happens some times , i dont planning on steal the acc first of all cause i am not like that and second cause is not possible, i told you i couldnt and if possible to get my money back cause the deal was not over, i told you numerous times you get the acc back and i get my money back that simple, i couldnt make the second payment and i was asking for a refund, you didnt give any other choice only ones that benefict you, you didnt ask why i couldnt pay nothing, you just wante dmoney and money, you just took the account and my money, cause when you return something you get the money you paid for my friend thats how it works, the account came in better shape that the one you sold it to me and you still kept the money and even you called me scammer, imaging calling me scammer where you are the only one benefiting from this, i couldnt make the 2 payment and you keep literally free money and the acc you sold

Yes that is his post. I’m waiting for it to be closed as well. I broke ZERO rules, I did exactly as me and this guy agreed. When he broke the agreement and kept the account and refused to pay he immediately became liable for breach of agreement.
