What is the dispute about? :
I don't have the account the buyer wants on the post, but I offered him my alternative account. I sent him the screenshots of my account and was interested in buying the account. After the transaction of $21.46 USD went to my PayPal balance, I sent him the login to the account and they receive the account safely with no issue. On May 10th, the buyer name Tobisama files a case against me saying they did not receive a Valkyrie Crusade account. Because of that, my PayPal balance is negative. I tried linking my bank to PayPal, but linking was unsuccessful. After several attempts, I still can't link. My debit/credit cards doesn't work as well. After I did a further investigation on why the buyer wants their refund back, I found out that the game Valkyrie Crusade is shutting down their services and therefore, shutting down their game on the end of May. I reach out to the buyer about the problem on PayPal, EpicNPC, and discord, and no response. I think the buyer is mad because I sent them a Valkyrie Crusade account that ending their services. All I need is for the buyer to reply back to me and we can talk about the issue together not open up a dispute without any proof. I don't want both sides to be in trouble.

Buyer do speak both English and Spanish but main language is Spanish. I want the buyer to understand that the money spent on the game is gone. I do spend money on Valkyrie Crusade a long time ago, but I will not get ALL the money back. I do buy VC accounts too, but I NEVER file a claim against those sellers unless there's an issue.

There's nothing to do unless they want to file a claim against the company that is shutting down. Filing a case against me for that reason is not valid. I'm not at fault for the game that is shutting down their services and app. The game company failed to improve their game as well as meeting people's demand.

So I'm willing to issue a refund unless the buyer responds to me. I want the buyer to cancel the case and speak to me directly so we can discuss the problem together.
