I purchased an epic seven account from @att911 8 days ago and everything went well. Until this morning when I tried to log into the account and received the “your password has been changed 3 hours ago” message. I contacted @att911 and he told me that the original owner of the account has recovered the account because he was upset that @att911 had resold the account for a lot more money than he did. According to the thread he sent me, the original owner sold the account for $1000 and he resold it to me for $2200. @att911 then told me that I should go contact the original owner and somehow convince him to give the account back. I don’t know how I can possibly accomplish that and at this point I just want to be refunded since @att911 has no way to make the account secure and some random person can just recover the account at any time.

Now that @att911 ‘s dispute against @gshater has concluded: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/member-dispute-gshater.1678076/ I believe that it is time to return to my dispute.
Initially @att911 and I were in agreement that he will either recover the account and return it to me or he will refund my payment. However after we won the dispute against @gshater , he changed his mind and told me that he will not be refunding me until he gets his money from his Paypal dispute.
(In @att911 ‘s dispute we proved that the original owner has recovered the account and that the account will not be returned. @gshater has been banned and @att911 is given permission to chargeback his payment through PayPal)
In my opinion it makes zero sense for @att911 to delay my refund because his paypal dispute and my refund are two separate issues. So I replied and told him I wanted an immediate refund, but @att911 then began to up excuses on why he can’t refund me. Even after I proved his excuses to be phony, he still refused to refund. I even took a step back and asked @att911 for a partial refund of $1200 (he owes me $2200 and his paypal dispute against @gshater is for $950). However he continues to refuse refunding and said he made a decision to not refund a single cent until his paypal dispute has been completed.
This is extremely unfair to me and has made me doubt whether he has the intention of refunding me at all. Can a Moderator please give me a judgement call on whether @att911 should be allowed to do this?

Yes I understand my responsibility. I will refund him after I settle my dispute first. As of now, the case is expected to close around September 6. I will keep everyone informed.

Update: att911 informed me on discord that he will have the money transferred from his bank to his paypal in 3 business days.
