Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:I bought the Euw account on 26 march 2013 and it got hacked back on 2 april 2013 after my last game on the account and i tried to relog it said invalid username/or password.

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? Yes i looked at the feedback since he had enough feedbacks to become a middleman.
Have you traded with this person before? No i have not he had enough feedback so i thought he would be legit.
Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? This was the first transaction, sucks to get scammed by the first one..


I hope this will get worked i simply want what i payed for not to get scammed for 120 euro worth.
I got alot of chatlogs with him so if any moderator /admins need it contact me or add me on skype since it's quite alot.
He told me 1 week after i bought it the date it got recovered that he isn't the original owner or that he can't get it back and that the guy who he bought it from was named (ko3a4ok6) so in other words it was like this thanks for the 120 euro i just sold a account i know nothing of so yeah goodbye and thanks.

Well 1st of all, I will provide the proof where I provided him the account, as I always did before here. I decided to not to reply anymore in skype to this user since he has been trashtalking and insulting to me.


I will explain this quickly:

I'm a reseller, which means the business I do is based in resell accounts.

Like i said u did give me the information i could play for a week and now it's recovered u didn't tell me that u bought it from someone else even if it's not in the rules ur just selling accounts that will get hacked back u didn't give me the e-mail which i asked for , as u can see in the picture you put in the guy changed the e-mail to yours means u can recover it and saying u don't want to do it. theres the point in u scamming me don't try to talk your way out of it

And i rated you since u or the other guy didn't recover it right that instant no u asked for feedback cause i thought u would be legit but a week later i can't login or recover it so yeah i would love to give you negatieve feedback.

And why are u including that guy that has nothing to do with you ripping me off it's about your sale and which i bought without u giving me any information and now trying to talk it right with some pictures of u buying it from someone else.

Bombas18 did you give a warranty of some sort when you talked to WorldsMostEpic. If so please provide screenshot proof of this.
IF no warranty was stated then you are Responsible for providing compensation to WorldsMostEpic.

What Roflchops is saying, Is that here on EpicNpc, If you sell an account you are responsible for it, even if it has had previous owners, you selling that account makes it your responsibility unless agreed to othewise by your buyer.

Looks totally reasonable that you guys are accusing me when I'm a honest guy and the real scammer isn't even involved in this post.
I already posted everything here, is evident that I never wanted to scam nobody, and that ofcourse I dindn't get benefit from the scam of that guy.

You are still held accountable for items/accounts u sell to users even if you are just a re-seller. For Example If i sold an account i wasnt OO to to a reseller and that reseller re-sold it to someone else. They would be held accountable to compensate that said user and i would be held responsible to compensate the re-seller. IF you go look over old scam threads you will see in fact that this is how it works.

The account may have been working 100% when u sold it but does not mean that any time along the track yourself or the OO will re-call the account. Unfortunately the internet is full of people who are not honest and use it to scam people out of their hard earned money just to make some quick cash.

I see no where in the conversations between WorldsMostEpic and yourself that u have stated that if anything was to happen to the account you will not reimburse the user, so the way i see it is if the OO has recalled the account you will need to compensate WoldsMostEpic IF he can prove the account was infact recalled. I know i am not able to make any decisions on scam threads so you will have to wait for a super moderator or epicnpc himself to judge on this thread.

I have one account left that worth 25€, go and check my selling post... And I have no problem to give it away.

Edit: So you are telling to me I have to pay a money has been already reinvested to this user not being guilty of recall anything, and when I already lost money paying the real scammer?
I can't just believe that rule... I always offer the account I sell is gonna work, but what can I do if there are scammers, the real guilty ones that recall this?

Like u showed in the picture u paid the guy who gave you the account 20 euro and i paid you 120 euro for the same the account which i thought was legit got recalled 1 week later and u didn't tell me any information that u bought it from someone else otherwise i would've never bought it.

bombas18 as the mods stated sellers are responsible for accounts they sell, regardless if the seller is the OO or not. If you told WorldsMostEpic you were not the OO and there is absolutely no warranty before the sale and he agreed, then I would agree with you. Since that info was not provided, you are responsible for the account.

If you want to dispute the fact the lol was ever recalled you can do that, but it seems to me that you have both already agreed that the OO did infact recall it.

Since you mentioned no warranty or the fact you are no the OO, so you owe WorldsMostEpic a refund or another account worth 120eu

Because this looks like you are gonna make "justice" with me, there is no point to keep talking to you... Will that change anything? Is really frustrating after all this time to end like this in this website, but if the things in this website are gonna work like after 50 feedbacks, you did a mistake to not state that in your post, get a permaban, and not having option to return anything that worth the ammount to the buyer what can I do? I'm not gonna beg since I'm not a ****ing scammer, I prefer to get banned unfairly, but atleast I'm OK with myself.

Bombas you wont be banned if you compensate WorldsMostEpic. We are not calling you a scammer but you sold an account to someone else that you are held responsible for, from what you stated earlier your getting your money back that u paid for the account so its fair that the other user gets his money back or an account worth the same purchase price.

We do not like to ban legit long term members but rules are rules and mikes ruling stands.

Regarding the OO who recalled it. Bombas u were told by Epicnpc that if u want to open a dispute against that user you are able to in a different thread, we even suggest you do such thing so we can make sure it never happens to anyone else

Your logic is just warped.

WorldsMostEpic pays you $120.

You pay Rifacol $20+X? Definitely lesser than $120.

So you're asking for an end state like this :

Worldsmostepic : Out of $120 and an account - Ends up with NOTHING.

Bombas18 : Gains $120 minus cost of payment to Rifacol

Rifacol : Gains account + payment from Bombas18($20+X)

The transaction was on 26 March, not even long ago. Even if you had a warranty , I do not see how it would not cover compensation to WorldsMostEpic.

Rifacol is responsible to you Bombas18, just as you're responsible to WorldsMostEpic. You've initiated the recall of your funds from Rifacol as well. If you do not provide compensation and the recall is successful. You stand to gain $120+ the initial $ you paid Rifacol for the account.

Do not delude yourself with your signature thinking that you'll still receive customers. Fyi, the sig is automatically hidden if you're banned. The first thing people would see when they search your forum name would be this thread and your awfully warped logic. It's plain and clear you stand to benefit the most from this entire situation and your buyer stands to lose EVERYTHING.

You'll be labelled a scammer as well. Which you clearly are if you do not compensate. Whether your reputation to continue earning $(and probably much more than $120) is more important or $120, you decide for yourself. Short term you may be up $120(and may not be if WorldsMostEpic successfully recalls it), but in the long term you'll definitely be losing more.

You don't even lose that much. You lose $20+X which I'm sure isn't that much compared to $120. You're losing mainly on PROFITS. If you choose to get banned mainly over profits - You'll surely be labelled a greedy scammer.
