blu3cheeZ - Very Suspicious, possible scammer - Explained.

Well basicly, here's the deal.

I have a Human mage. I saw blu3cheeZ's post and I checked it out, so it turns out the CT is the same gear as my mage, so I ask him what realm is it and some character specific information, and It turns out its my mage. So I tell him that it's my mage, and I never sold that.
He then tells me that he bought the Mage from Beachklem or something like that for $140, and remember this mage is 5/7 t2 and all epic'd. So then I tell him well you have to get the money refunded, because he must have know my infromation from a pervious scam attempt. So then he tell's me that either I or Beachklem have to refund him the money. I have never dealt with this person, not beacklem. I have dealt with someone else about the trade so the person who knew the info must have either sold it or traded the scammed account to Beachklem then sold again to blu3cheeZ.

The part where I suspect hes trying to mooch money off me is the part where he told me:

blu3cheeZ (3:34:07 PM): I contacted the guy I bought the mage from, he says that he has proof that you sold the account to him

Then I ask him ok can you show me the proof, or ask him to have a chat with me about this "proof" then he proceeds to say:

blu3cheeZ (3:38:23 PM): his AIM is beachklem
blu3cheeZ (3:38:32 PM): you guys figure this out, but I want 140$ from one of you
blu3cheeZ (3:38:45 PM): sometime
angel1g7 (3:42:02 PM): Can you show me the "proof" because i've never sold it.
blu3cheeZ (3:43:08 PM): Dont have it, beachklem is not responding right now
angel1g7 (3:43:16 PM): I see
blu3cheeZ (3:44:28 PM): I'd like 140$ please, via paypal. My paypal (cencored by me)

So then Im still trying to figure out where he got the account and how much he bought it for and just details like that he says heres a picture of the transaction. So he shows me a picture of his paypal it's to the guy it doesn't say ANYWERE that it's anything about World of Warcraft it just says -$140 to this guy. That's all I try and get the picture again from him.

So im trying to sort it out and then he proceedes to just cut the convo off and just say this sh|t.


blu3cheeZ (4:09:02 PM): Give me my money back, or get it from beachklem, or I will be filing a claim with my lawyer to get my money back and more. I can't go after your credit, so I will be going after your mother's credit.
blu3cheeZ (4:09:21 PM): I want the account or the money in my hands by this weekend.
blu3cheeZ (4:09:34 PM): My lawyer will be contacting you on the next business day if I do not have it.
blu3cheeZ (4:09:38 PM): Thank you.
angel1g7 (4:09:44 PM): Alright, except the fact i never sold it , and please provide me with some proof about me "selling" this before you tell me some bs.
angel1g7 (4:09:51 PM): Np I will be glad to talk with him

blu3cheeZ is offline and will receive your IMs when signing back in.

So he logs off, keep in mind, I have NEVER sold/traded anything with him and he says hes going to contact his lawyer ROFL. Anyways so he doesnt have any information except my aim and MD account...

Everytime I ask him to tell the guy he bought the account from to speak with me, he says hes not answere or hes offline or he doesnt want to talk...

Anyways my aim is Angel1g7 in that convo.

It's funny how he said hes going to call his lawyer and his lawyer is going to teleport to my door and just say hi, scince he knows none of my personal information...(he didn't say that teleport part lol, im jk)

angel1g7: Yeah but it's either one..

angel1g7: It could be keylogger OR the guy sold my info, in the trade gone bad.

blu3cheeZ: So, I've been honest with you this entire time, I'm not scamming you... You are being very shady..

angel1g7: Im not 100% positive so I can't just go blaming it on someone, like you've been doing.

Turn of events:
1) I bought an account
2) two weeks later my password is changed, and this guy is messaging me on AIM telling me that he is taking his account back.
3) He tells me to get a refund.
4) I talk to Beachklem and file a paypal dispute to get a refund.
5) Beachklem tells me that he bought the account from this guy, and to get my money back from him.
6) I contact angel1g7 and tell him what Beachklem has told me.
7) angel1g7 changes his story 4-5 times about how he lost his account, and then posts on markee.

BOTTOM LINE: I AM OUT 140$ WITH NO ACCOUNT, AND ANGEL1G7 HAS THE ACCOUNT I AM SUPPOSED TO HAVE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM ONE OF THESE TWO DEALERS.

I showed him pictures of the paypal account, there is no selling of the mage I never sold it. I sold a priest, and showed him pictures of that specified transaction. But I guess he left that part out right?

How bout the WHOLE conversation? Sorry for my anger in this, but I have never sold the account, I HAVENT EVEN DEALT WITH THIS GUY or Beachklem and he want's money from me! Anyways he doesn't even have proof that suposedly beachklem bought it from me.

LOL ok, so Beachklem bought his account from "this guy" beachklem never said it was me, hes trying to get money off me...

And clearly in my pictures you can see I said It could have been the keylogger that's gotten my information because when I logged in my account they got the user/pass then they must have changed the pass forcing me to type in the Sq/a so they got that.

Anyways so I said it could have been the keylogger or the guy i've traded with previosly. Im not going to blame either one because im not sure which it was.
