Describe the problem:
I paid for the Arknights account listed above. Before paying for it, I chatted with him on Epic to confirm it was him, had him send me a video of the skins on the account, and then I send him the money on Paypal. Afterwards, he asked what email I wanted on the account and then totally ghosted me. He blocked me, so I am unable to chat with him anymore. He had several trades on this site, so I thought he would be safe. I guess not. I put a stop payment on my bank as soon as I was blocked, so I hopefully can keep the money from leaving my account.
