I bought an account through player auctions from a user named Celebrianis. I purchased an oceania league account on 3/19/15, and I transferred it to NA. On 3/25/15, it was transfered back to oce and reclaimed by the owner through support. I have since been in contact with both riot and player auctions, and essentially, they refuse to honor their 100% Lifetime Reclaim guarantee. So now I am out my $93 and I am out an account, the user is still selling accounts, and I get nothing. Please avoid player auctions and specifically the user Celebrianis.

Playerauctions is really sketchy and its an oppurtunistic site, if they can ignore you without causing bad publicity they will. The return policy is corrupt

 

DON'T BUY accounts via PA, you CANNOT be 100% protected by any means when buying account over the internet. Simple as that.

 

I was about to buy a lvl 30 account that was really cheap but ...

 

Playerauctions has big problem of security. If someone buy or sell there is a 50% chance to be scammed. The problem is that buyer and seller are forced to use the Buy method of the site and not the payment method that they prefer :S

 

Yea, I spent almost a month dealing with their customer service, and they basically told me they could neither get my money back, or get my account back. Seeing as I spent $50 on rp on the account before it was reclaimed, I am out $140 because of the whole thing. They closed the ticket, so I doubt I will reach any conclusion with them. Riot told me to contact my bank, but I used Paypal balance, I opened a claim with Paypal, but I doubt they will help. It just sucks to find a seller with generally good feedback, who then goes and does something like this, and they are still out there selling accounts. I thought I could trust player auctions, but I guess it is just as much of a gamble as here at epic npc. I have not once been scammed via epic npc yet, so I guess I am just lucky.

 

Playerauctions is always a battlefield for both sides, there are too many scammers both between sellers and purchasers, and their warranty service is absolutely "the void"
