Best way to do a paypal Transaction.

Just curious what is the best way to do a paypal transaction, I know they can scam ya by recalling it but i'm wondering if there is a good way to do it safely.

Once you get the account and info the safest way from what ive read is to make a new account and transfer it. It has to be the same name and info but you will now be the only person with the secret question. Id read a lil more tho as i don't have tons of experience with it but just read a post saying this is probably the safesest you will get from a recall.

Best way is to get the buyer to send a payment, dispute it, then close the dispute.

Then feel free to hand over the info, they can't retrieve the cash.

^ Tried that but then paypal puts a temp hold on the payment.
