The legitimacy of a seller is what the feedback system is meant for. If you buy/sell accounts it's likely you know what the "friends & family" option on PayPal is, and if not, and you get scammed by someone, that is a buyer's responsibility to use their own discretion.

 

You should also write that the "family & friends" option on paypal isnt safe for the buyer. There you havent any protection, means you can get scammed easily. I just want let the people know that. I hope thats okay.
