I second this. Beware of this guy "Navier#0349 " on Discord, he was about to buy meseta and he sent me fake receipts of PayPal that he already sent the payment. However the payments never reflected on my balance or activity. We agreed on paying via families and friends but out of nowhere he requested my paypal.me which is not necessary because I already sent him my email. Perhaps, don't give your paypal.me because he gets your full name there and fabricates a false paypal sending payment receipts. Also, while he is insisting he sent his payment, he sends toxic messages to attack the me making "Ad hominem" statements rather than resolving the issue of proving his payment. Nevertheless, he failed to send the transaction ID of his payment, and insists not to give them.
