Bad feedback from 2 unknown users

Hello, two users (masony and treedrug) left me bad feedback and I dont know who are them, and I never did business with them or contact them.

Other information: I've notice about a scammer who has an skype named "deathfyee" with 2 E, wich is scamming people saying he is me, so probably this is the problem here. He has as main message in that skype with my profile URL!

Describe why you believe the feedback is wrong: because they are trying to report another user, not me, im trying to report him, but I cant! and I dont know how to do it! Skype admins dont Give a f**c about another user with a similar name
Other details / notes: just by watch my previous feedbacks everyone can see I dont need to scam anybody.

Pictures/Screenshots: Here is MY SKYPE screenshot with a search for the scammer "deathfyee" so you can see clearly my real account with that one shitty user saying he is me, and the URL which send you to my EPICNPC profile.

Here is the private message of an user asking me if "deathfyee" is my skype too, because he is trying to sell gold to him very cheap

Other proof: Two days ago, before the first bad feedback, another guy left me a possitive feedback, as the rest of my customers. So I dont have the need to scam anyone to get benefits.

I used the report feedback tool when I saw the bad feeback months ago, but because of personal problems, I've been inactive for a while, now I'm back and I'm trying to solve this problem. Please, help me.

We do not remove most feedback from the itrader report tool that is for feedback thats clearly inappropriate or against rules. This type of feedback must be disputed. its been a long time and both users have been notified and email notified.

Issue will run into skype logs not being available after all this time.

There are no posts, PMs or chat messages between lulupon and either masony or treedrug.

You were online March 31st and almost everyday in April and May. Why didn't you dispute it then? You received 2 feedback PM notifications, so there's no way you didn't know about the negative feedbacks. We do not remove feedback just because it was given long ago.

As I said before, I couldnt attend this problem because of personal/familiar related issues in real life. So I just used my time here to solve things which were in progress (services with customers I previously agreed)
I used in that time the report feedback tool but I didnt know it wasnt the way to report a bad feedback. Then I tried again now when I am back again "for a full time".

but i can do anything with the skype user :S, I did an advice too in my main profile saying don't add "deathfyee" bla bla... but this is all I can do with the skype problem.

What I'm trying to say, I'ts in that time, I tried to offer good services to my customers more than the real problem of the bad feedback, and I left it to the report tool you guys offer. And as you can see, since those feedbacks, theres no more feedbacks or transactions for me, because even when I tried to finished my business in progress, I couldnt because of my bad situation in those days.

Im going to remove the feedback because there was no communications on this site and based on the other feedback, at the time it was given, someone was impersonating you on Skype.

In the future, you must report negative feedbacks sooner. Normally I do not remove feedbacks that are 5 months old.
