What is the dispute about? MMR Boosting service
Approximate value of property: 30 value item ( exacly item dota 2 "Faceless rex and Sylvan Cascade" )

Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
we have deal that my shop will boost his acount from 5350-5425. We not deal about the time yet. we deal at 10pm Friday-july-19-2015. The payment was gift wrap item through dota 2 system. ( the item will not be tradeable after gift until july 31)
my booster start to play at 18 july and earn 25 mmr then he rest. day 19 he said he play him self to reach 5550 and ask me to refund him 100 % because my booster cant finish it. It just only 1 day and he ask refund.

here is my booster process, stop at game blood

even that we get 25 mmr and there is no dead line yet but he ask for refund, that was his mistake.
but it still fine then. normally we only refund him the $ equal 50 MMr because my booster earn 25 mmr for him.
i was send him offer trade that item equal 30 value include ( talon hook = 29 value and some low prices item equal 1 value)
He said my item is ****.

i'm mad enough with this guy. He 's people with no respect another.
So that i decide to trade him back his item that he was gift to me when we deal include ( "Faceless rex and Sylvan Cascade" )
he not deal with it and he want arcana like more value than his item. i do not accepted.
i will gift his item back when it can be trade.

He also must allow boosters to complete orders or hit deadlines before logging in and doing himself
He cannot take legal action against you because of a $75.00 item. You completed one third of boost, he is entitled to a 2/3 refund and thats it the refund is equivalent to $50.00 or item close to that

He does not understand how and why you play from and internet cafe, which is actually normal by you where you live, and has no bearing on this. and his comment was uncalled for.

his order is 30 value item ( faceless rex = 29 value and wind bow 1 value on market ) to boost his solo rank from 5350-5425. not 75 $ item like u said. he said if dont refund him he will post topic as i scam him. So that i choose the easy way is give him the item equal 30 value item. i send him offer trade ( 1 talon hook = 29 value and some item = 1 value ) he said my item is **** and he want some item like arcana= 31.89 $ . He keep trash talk to me even he was the one do wrong. So that i gonna gift back his item when it able to trade. I still keep him on my friend list.

My confusion on the value. so you owe him 20.00, it is not your fault he could not let you finish. if you want to give him the full 30 thats fine, you do not owe him an arcana since its over value. or he can wait for the item to be tradable again.
