I've been put through the wringer here as far as getting a refund is concerned.

The person in question does have an EpicNPC account when I searched for any mention of their site on here. It's Man of steel for their account so that you can avoid them and not be scammed by them like I, and countless others, have been.

To begin, I bought a Fortnite account from them through PlayerAuctions and thought that everything was gonna be smooth since I've used that site in the past before. I paid for my order and received the account details. This is where the problem started. I couldn't log in to anything except the dummy email given for the supposed Switch/PSN/Xbox links and tried multiple times with the various passwords I was given. Thinking that perhaps I was given old login details, I decided to contact the seller to see if I could be given new details, but instead I was given the runaround with the "promise" that their team would be on it when they woke up. I had to contact them multiple times to even get a semblance of an answer from them only to be offered a replacement for "no extra cost", but apparently the limit was only for the $140 I already paid for the account and not one cent extra. I had linked an account that I had my heart set on and even offered to pay the difference so that I could obtain that account and settle the deal. I instead kept on getting a replacement pushed on me when I had said that my heart was set on the previous account that I had linked. (You'll be able to read the entire exchange in the screenshot I attached to this post. There are some moments where I will accept that I didn't act maturely, which I'll take accountability for.)

There was more back and forth between us where it looked like my only option was a replacement instead of paying more for the account that I wanted. I eventually had to open a dispute on PlayerAuctions for a refund (the verdict of which I'm still waiting on) and decided to do a little bit of research into this guy and their company once they said that the account I wanted was mysteriously "unavailable". If the account I wanted was "unavailable" according to them, then why do I see the exact same one listed on their site for sale here?

I also decided to look into their reviews and they tell their buyers to remove negative reviews for a full refund (this is more prevalent on the third page of negative reviews, which this guy has twelve pages of negative reviews), something that I think is absolutely absurd. I feel like they hold the refund hostage so that they can have negative reviews removed, which doesn't sit well with me at all.

All in all, do whatever you can to avoid this shop either on here or on PlayerAuctions. Find other, much more reputable and honest sellers for your accounts and do your due diligence before spending money on an account. What a lovely birthday present I was given from this dishonest and scammy seller.

I recently got an email saying that they wanted more information on my review that I left for them on Trustpilot. This included information like my order number, which would be fine, but they also wanted personally identifying information such as my full name and email, both of which I didn't feel comfortable disclosing. So please, whatever you do, don't deal with them at all.

I've decided to attach a screenshot of my review so that, in the case my review does go offline due to them not wanting negative reviews up, it's still available for a genuine and disappointing experience with this seller.
