So I Bid and won an account from doomedtofail, AuctionID 249877. Paid via PayPal, he validated he received the money. Account information was sent and everything was OK. I even left Positive Feedback.
After a week, I receive the following correspondence in my mailbox.

Hey, MMObay is under a ddos attach or something like that i had sent you a message and not everyone can log on to the site so ill try here.
Basically I sold you the account and hope is well. i have multiple characters on cenarion circle and never see the 85 druid on. is this a character you do not want? as ill gladly buy her back or the mage if you dont want. wow got pretty boring with out an 85 and dont have time to invest in a new one. but if yo are willing to sell one all you would have to does is transfer the character to my account thru pct. let me know if this is okay and how much you would do it for.
Then I tried logging onto account and it had been recalled.
Then I sent a message to doomedtofail and this is what I got back
Actually what happened was i attempted to recover an acount soom one recovered the payment on but amanda on blizzard hotline recovered two with doom in them and now could not reseperate them. A refund is in order and will be sent shortly and will take a couple days to fully process but ill email you with screeb shots of the refund and the login to show what happened with the account
Please beware of doomedtofail or real name George H***. He did send me back my payment, however I spent a lot of time and money in one week on this account.
