Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: He tried to convince me to give him account info when payment isn't confirmed onto my account, he also threaten to put negative
feedback onto my EpicNPC. After failing to convince me to give him account info, he stopped trying and made other excuses saying his bank won't let him use his money after I found out that nothing was paid. He sent the money and then made a chargeback, which is why I received the email saying he paid, but really, he didn't. I believe this is why he was trying so hard to make me give him account info before I found out that the payment wasn't legit. After I accused him of scamming me, he then switch subject and asked if I'd like to buy his account.
