Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
Basically the person in question (Alkuwari) bought my account the 12th of the use of Logisticz as a middle man. Everything went smooth, both of us were happy and Logisticz confirmed everything with Alkuwari and everyone were onboard.
Since I started to browse this forum after I created a user here I found out that Alkuwari tried to sell the account 1 day later which I didnt think anything of since it's in his possession now, but the strange thing was that at friday 11 AM he asked me for another picture of passport because he was going to sell the account because he had bought another one (i was not online then and didnt see it until late sunday) and 12 hours later he asked me why the account was recalled.
I get a mail during saturday that a dispute also has been opened on Paypal which I found strange because I didnt have had any contact with Alkuwari then, but when I logged in on Sunday I realized he had deleted me from skype.
During this dispute on Paypal he decided to lie for Paypal which was easily proved by me by chat logs (he basically said that we talked with eachother and I confirmed that the account was refounded WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN AT ALL)
I escalated the dispute on Paypal to a claim, where I provided the information and printscreens of him trying to sell the account during the SAME time as he said it was reclaimed and right after that he re-added me on skype and tried to talk himself out of it and said he's sorry etc.
I also asked him if the account was still recalled and he said yes, but that didn't add up with the timeline of his epicNPC account because under the same time he was bumping his sell thread telling people the account was still for sale.
