Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I was searching for a cheap smite account found this one and contacted the guy via skype. After i gave him the money he didnt anwer me and blocked me.

He has multiple accounts, spammed the same account many times and has been accused of scamming before, although no dispute thread was created.

The skype and email in that chat are a match. He's been banned.
