Describe how you were scammed: I simply saw the auction and thought it was an okay account, so I private messaged him -

After that I begin to talk with him on Yahoo Instant messenger, I have those logs too -

After this, he logged off about 20 minutes later. I changed the email, password and all that, so I decided to attempt to log into the game after that, obviously my IP was different, and that sent a red flag to battlenet I guess, so I had to go in a attempt to change the password, I tried to do that and then the account was locked. Trying to recover the locked account I needed the email, first and last name on the account. I didn't figure all this would happen and it happened pretty quick, so I didn't bother writing down any of the other account information, which was bad on my part. Anyway, right after this I emailed him stating that I need the name on the account(which if you notice in the logs it says I could contact him anytime) to have access to it, been 2 days now and no response, and I log on the auction part of the website and there is the exact same listing I bought except now its reposted - WoW Account 3 85's - Game Accounts : World Of Warcraft US : Accounts : Hunter - . So this threw up a red flag to me.
