Previous owner recovered the account. I contacted him in game and telegram and he told me he sold the email address and discord.

Chat Log Screenshots (make sure username is visible, not display username): His previous name was Ashy #1055 and he sold the discord so i dont know his real discord now.
Payment Screenshots (make sure the accused email is visible): Payment method was via Crypto so theres no tracking.

Account Recalls
He told me the account got hacked and when i ask him to try to recover the account with his real information, he told me that it was not possible cause the email was sold together with another account.
i have texted him multiple times to try to recover the account but he say he couldnt do it.
Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) He deleted the thread. The previous post shows that he is the original owner. I cannot find the post regarding it
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) He provided me with all the account information and i changed the account successfully but he reclaimed it back.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 2-3 day.s

I do not have the support ticket since im not the original owner i cannot recover the account
