Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I contacted the person on their trade board with a post stating I was looking for a Bloody Mary, we took the trade to Skype for easier transaction process (and recording). I ended up cancelling the order, and asking for a cheaper item: 1x N-Tec 7 "Ursus" on the Union/Jericho NA server for $30. He agreed, and I waited for him to collect the item. Once I got the IM that the order was ready, I sent the payment over family/friends option (as I usually do, since I don't dispute cases when doing permanent trades). When I asked for the Ursus, he informed me he was not home and would not be for a few hours. Okay. So I wait 4 hours, nothing yet and will be home in an additional 5 hours. Today, here we are- no Ursus, no contact. I'm out $30 + transfer fee. He even went so far as to say that he'll just keep the money if I threaten him and disappear leaving me with nothing.
Other details / notes: I don't even care if I get my money back. I want to alert EVERYONE of this guy. He's super sketchy on if you'll actually get the gun you paid for. He has MANY accounts, and 2 Skype names: apb.trader and nacht.lichtje. His PayPal address is: [email protected] and he goes by the name Brett Bogart on PayPal. He also is active on MPGH presumably trying to scam people there as well under the name Mr. Million using the same thread layout. Hell, I'd even give you his IP if that was legal to do so! I'm so irritated. I haven't filed a refund through PayPal yet, on faith that I might someday actually see the Ursus given in-game.

Pictures/Screenshots: Here's a screenshot album (8-9 images) of everything that was said, from the moment I ordered the Ursus from this 'trader' and him saying he'll just peace with the money if I'm not patient (a threat). The photos were taken with the time/date visible in the second monitor's upper-hand corner as can be seen, as well as everything laid out in Skype piece by piece.

Just be wary of this guy, don't trust him and cross-check his skype name and the people who posted on his older threads leaving false feedback (if that is the case.)

Update: Received contact from him, he's away until Monday and is in the process of handling my refund, supposedly.

Also edit: I see he's been banned before, but isn't on MPGH; was it due to him closing his account or was he found to be a scammer? o.o
