Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I was reluctant at first due to lack of knowledge about steam trades and csgo, but we agreed to trade the account for $300 worth of CSGO skins. I decided to be trustworthy and give the info first with the trade offer up. Info was given, the trade accepted but he never confirmed it in his email. He removed me from skype and steam.
Other details / notes: Most of the talkign was done on steam and not skype, however I do have screenshots of the trade offer. He changed my login info for APB but I'm still able to login through steam to see what he took. I put in tickets with G1 to restore the items, but they take a while to respond.

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? Yes, I looked through his steam and found he played 2k hours in CSGO and 222 hours in APB. I figured he wanted a high rank account to play with.
