I tried selling an account last night and then I ended up getting the money and he flied a claim on paypal saying that it was unauthorized.

Is there anyway to deal with this, I have logs of this.

Just recall your account, unless you took the necessary precautions you're most likely going to lose the dispute.

Don't think you can do anything honestly, accept try and get your account back as kathunx said.
